    Each piece of meat is well rubed with a mixture of salt and natural spices (bay leaves, allspice, bell pepper, garlic) and place in a special container, where it is salted for two weeks. Smoked with „rural smoke“ (black alder firewood), at the end of smoking, a twig of juniper is thrown in, which gives a pleasant taste and smell.

    Its unusual shape is suitable for giving as gifts.
