  • Dried pork are rubbed with salt and spices, left for 12 hours to acquire a spicy taste of coriander and pepper. The pork strips are then dried for 24 hours. at a temperature of + 28C.

    Dried pork is made from carefully selected pork shoulder, which is cut into strips.This product is appreciated by buyers because of its special taste.
