  • Dried pork neck is salted using salt, garlic pellets, black pepper, coriander, mustard and juniper. It is kept for 12-16 days, turning every 2-3 days. The pork neck is dried for 5-7 days.

    Chilled raw material is used to make the dried pork neck. The salted pork neck is hung on the frame and dried for 5 hours in 45 C-50 C temperature and then kept in a cool room for another 5-7 days.
