    Homemade Jolanta šakotis is authentic and naturally soft šakotis baked according to a century-old family recipe. Only the highest quality, carefully selected, natural ingredients are used in the production (butter 82 %, eggs, organic wheat flour, sour cream 30 % fat, sugar, natural lemon). No fat substitutes, flavor/color enhancers or stabilizers are used.

    As a truly authentic product, Jolanta's šakotis was awarded the National Heritage certificate. In order to keep the product as similar as possible to the one previously baked by the women of the family, Jolanta not only keeps the exact recipe, but bakes šakotis on rollers "dressed up" with linen cloths. In this way, moisture and natural (without using baking powder) softness is preserved.

    The main goal of Jolanta, which the craftswoman and her family set when she started her activity, is to maintain the highest quality.
