    PREPARATION: eat 1 teaspoon of amaranth seeds three time a day before the meal. It is recommended to crush or swell seeds in water before using. Can be added as an additive to various dishes.

    OTHER POSSIBLE PREPARATIONS

    1. In the evening toss amaranth seeds witg water in a ratio of 1: 2. If you are preparing 1 glass of dry amaranth seeds, then you will need 2 glasses of water (this amount of seeds will be enough for a longer time or you can use less seeds).
    2. In the morning (if you eat porridge for breakfast) take the swollen seeds and addaditional glass of water, cow’s or almond milk.
    3. Cook the seeds until they absorb all the liquid - up to about 10 minutes.
    4. Cook porridge and add butter and a little salt, or if you want sweet - your favorite berries or fruit.
    5. You can put into a salad.
    6. Prepare the sandwiches.
